What is FDI?

Short explainer block directly under hero, mirroring "What Is CDS?" on the Corporate Development Support page.

Content blueprint
FDI is STOC Advisory’s analytics and performance intelligence offering for private equity-backed and founder-led companies. It unifies financial, commercial, and operational data so sponsors and operators can manage performance consistently across the deal and portfolio lifecycle.
This block should be 2-3 sentences, written in the same tone as existing services pages, emphasizing who it is for and what problem it solves.

Our approach

Three numbered steps, consistent with how STOC describes process on other services pages (simple, practical, and execution-focused).

3-step framework
1. Centralize and standardize the data. Aggregate financial, operational, CRM, and site-level inputs into a consistent reporting structure so teams operate from one version of the truth.
2. Build driver-based insight. Develop KPI trees, unit economics, cohort views, and variance bridges that connect operating drivers to revenue, margin, cash flow, and valuation.
3. Enable ongoing decision-making. Embed dashboards, reporting cadences, and scenario models that support deal teams, portfolio leadership, boards, and lenders throughout the hold period.
CTA copy (no button): "Let’s turn fragmented data into investment-grade insight. Reach out to schedule a discovery session with our FDI team." - mirrors CDS "Let’s build your acquisition pipeline..." closing line.
